Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. When you submit our estimate form, bathroom planner, or contact form, that typically includes your name, email address, phone number, project details, and any photos you upload to the planner. Our forms also use a hidden spam protection field, and we may record basic technical information such as which pages were viewed to understand how the planner is used.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare a budget range or estimate, schedule an in home consultation, and follow up about your project. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Service providers

We rely on a few trusted providers to run the site and handle your request: a database and email service to store and deliver your form submissions, and our website host. These providers process your information only to provide their service to us, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Analytics and advertising

We use a few tools to understand how people find the site and to measure whether our ads work. We do not sell your personal information, and we use this data only to measure and improve our advertising.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Managerrecord the pages you visit, how you arrived (for example, a search or an ad), and actions like starting or sending a request form. They use cookies and do not receive your name, email, or phone number.

Google Ads. When you arrive from a Google ad, a click identifier is saved so we can tell Google that a request came from that ad. When you send a form, your email address and phone number are hashed (turned into a scrambled code) and sent to Google to match the request to the ad click.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram).The Meta pixel records page views and form submissions. When you send a request, our server also sends Meta a hashed version of your email, phone number, name, city, and ZIP code, with your IP address and browser type, so Meta can measure which ads led to requests. Meta receives the hashed values, not your readable contact details.

How long we keep it

We keep project inquiries for as long as needed to serve you and to keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared, or ask us to stop contacting you. To make a request, reach us through our contact page or by phone at (503) 208-4523.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load the Meta pixel or send your information to Meta, and we ask Google not to use it for advertising. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, adjust Google ad personalization atmyadcenter.google.com, opt out of Google Analytics withGoogle’s browser add-on, and manage Meta ad preferences atfacebook.com/adpreferences.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for adults planning a home remodel and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above.
